Where will my order ship from?

Two-dimensional printed products are fulfilled from the United States when available. Other product types may be fulfilled from China. The route depends on the product type and production availability.

How long does processing take?

Processing normally takes 2-3 business days before dispatch. Transit is separate from processing. US-fulfilled 2D printed items usually transit in about 4-5 business days. China-fulfilled items usually transit in about 7-14 business days.

Where does GiftCraven ship?

GiftCraven currently offers free standard shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. See Shipping & Delivery for current estimates.

Can I return a product?

Eligible standard items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Personalized products are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns, but damaged, defective or incorrect items remain eligible for support. See Returns & Refunds.

Can I change personalization after ordering?

Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. Changes may not be possible once production starts.

Are prices in USD?

Yes. Product prices are listed in USD. The complete total and available payment methods are shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
