Choose the right product options
Use the options shown on each product page. Available sizes, colors, shapes and pack sizes can differ between products. The selected combination determines the price and availability.
Apparel
Compare the product-specific measurements with a garment you already own. A size label alone does not establish fit, and youth and adult sizing are not interchangeable. If a listing does not provide a measurement you need, ask support with the product link before ordering. We do not use a single size chart for every garment.
Mugs, bags and home accessories
Check capacity or dimensions on the individual listing. For pillows, distinguish a cover-only option from one that includes an insert. For sets, use the selected pack size rather than assuming the number pictured is included.
Ornaments
Check the listed shape, quantity and any stated dimensions or included hanging accessories. Example names in a design image are samples; enter your own text in the personalization field when the product offers it.
Personalization checklist
- Enter the exact spelling, capitalization and year you want.
- Stay within the character limit shown by the field.
- For a multi-item personalized set, list the names clearly, separated by commas.
- Review your selections, text and delivery address before placing the order.
Personalized details are produced from the information you submit. Contact us before ordering about any change that is not offered by the listing. Changes after ordering may not be possible once production starts.
