Track Your Order
Use your order confirmation email and tracking information to follow your GiftCraven shipment. Tracking may take time to activate after a label is created, especially when an item has just moved from production to the carrier.
Before tracking appears
Most products require 2-3 business days of processing before dispatch. US-fulfilled 2D printed products usually have shorter transit estimates, while China-fulfilled products may take longer. See Shipping & Delivery for route details.
If tracking is not updating
Carrier scans can pause during weekends, holidays, customs review or transfer between shipping partners. If your tracking has not updated for several business days beyond the estimated window, email [email protected].
What to include in your email
Include your order number, checkout email, full shipping name, product name and a short note about the issue. Do not send payment card details by email.
