GiftCraven makes products to order through fulfillment facilities in the United States and China. The fulfillment location depends on the product type and is shown on the applicable product page or order communication.
Processing time
Orders normally require 2–3 business days for production and quality checks before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Estimated transit time
- 2D printed products fulfilled in the United States: approximately 4–5 business days in transit.
- Other products fulfilled in China: approximately 7–14 business days in transit.
Processing and transit are separate estimates. Carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, customs and an incomplete address may extend delivery time. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping charges and destinations
GiftCraven currently ships to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Standard shipping to these four countries is free with no minimum order. Destinations outside these countries are not available at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it is emailed after the carrier accepts the parcel. Tracking may take several business days to show its first scan. You can also use the Track Order page.
Address changes and split shipments
Email [email protected] as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. Changes are not guaranteed after production begins. Products fulfilled at different facilities may arrive in separate packages.
Customs and taxes
Any duties, import taxes or local fees shown at checkout will be disclosed before payment. Where they are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible under local law.
