Products and personalization
Product colors and placement may vary slightly due to screens and production methods. Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, dates, image quality, size, color and other custom selections before ordering. GiftCraven may decline content that is unlawful, hateful, deceptive, infringing or unsuitable for production.
Prices, payment and availability
Prices and currency are shown before checkout. Taxes and shipping charges are disclosed before payment where applicable. Orders are confirmed using the payment method selected at checkout. For prepaid methods, payment authorization is required. For cash on delivery, payment is collected on delivery; placing the order does not mean a card has been charged. GiftCraven may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, was priced in obvious error, or violates these terms.
Customer-provided content
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any text, photo, logo or artwork submitted for personalization. You grant GiftCraven and its fulfillment providers the limited permission needed to produce and deliver your order.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Production, delivery, returns and refunds are governed by the Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded.
Intellectual property
GiftCraven branding, original product artwork and site content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. To report a good-faith intellectual-property concern, email [email protected] with the relevant URLs and evidence of ownership or authority.
Site use and liability
Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit fraudulent orders or use automated means that burden the service. To the extent permitted by law, GiftCraven is not responsible for indirect losses or events outside its reasonable control.
