Because most GiftCraven products are made to order, production may begin shortly after the order is confirmed, including orders placed with cash on delivery.
Requesting a change or cancellation
Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after production begins.
Personalization and address details
Customers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, sizes, colors, uploaded images and delivery addresses before payment. If a requested change cannot be made, the original order details will apply.
If GiftCraven cancels
If an item cannot be produced or an order must be canceled by GiftCraven, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
